The team changed by night into Thrille( aaah...)

I liked the fact that the private standard room was perfect for a simple night goin' out. And also interior wasnt bad. The staff in the night was bit creepy, but hey none of the hotels are perfect right ?

As i said the night team was very different then the day team. It was almost like the thriller videoclip was really a fact by seein' the security guy + the sick coughin' night receptionist.

Ok for the price but not professional

the room was spacious and clean.

we payed for a baby bed and the bed was not installed in the room. I was downstairs to pick it up at 9,30pm.. Also I wasted 15 min just to open the door because they have problems with the system or something.

Good

The location is great. You can walk to the main station, the area is very lovely and quite, yet close to the center. They also have a security guard, so there is not a lot of noise at night and you can have a good rest (well also depends on the people in your room haha). But overall, the room is also nice and I liked that each room has its own bathroom.

The rooms are quite small, I was in a room for six people and it was quite tight, especially if you are not travelling with friends. I booked and paid for a room with four beds , but instead they put me in a room with six beds. If there were for each bed it would be better, since the rooms are very small and there is limited privacy. Also no lockers in rooms.

I liked that the beds were firm and comfortable and the luggage space was large.

I didn’t like that the staff refused to help me when the charger ports in my room were not working

Really good for the Money

For the Money it was good located and the bed were comfy. Staff was friendly and we also got an extra wish for staying together in one dorm granted.

The only sad thing is that the facility has no sozial room.

Not good not bad

The location is awesome. You can reach anywhere via walking. The tram is in front of the hotel. There are somebody at the reception all the time.

Beds are not comfortable. The covers and sheets are not clean. There are little stains on them. I am not sure they are clean or not. Towels don’t smell nice. I had to use them cause I don’t have another choice but I recommend that you should bring your owns

Nice stuff , nice and clean hotel. Tram station exactly outside of the hotel. Is really close to the central station but a 25 min. walk from the centre.

Good location. Convenient, if small room. Friendly staff.

When I arrived, they gave me a room which hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guest left. The error was quickly rectified and they gave me another room, but not a great start.

Awesome

They have two hotels in the same hotel. So, choose the comfort option. It's a much better one. The staff is helpful. I had a chance to find a Brazilian receptionist, that made me feel really happy. They have a good place to work.

Breakfast was excellent, great choice and variability. Quite rooms.

Ceiling was leaking due to using Air conditioning and all bathroom was under wet (hope it was repaired in next days when we left) and water on ground.

It has all the essentials, even shampoo and conditioner!

The building is quite old and not too pram friendly as there were stairs on the way to our room. You will need ear plugs for your evenings because the hotel is located along the main road.
